Easy one pan breakfasts your family will love! 🍳 | Easy one pan breakfasts your family will love! 🍳 | By Kyle & Mistie Knight | You've got here are your pancakes. Pre-cooked Jimmy Dean sausages. Huh, okay. And they're just going to line up just like that and now comes the best part. Eggs. I've got about a dozen eggs and we're just going to pour this right on top. You just kind of fill in all those holes just like that. That's exactly what you want. There's room for one more right there. Look at how good that looks and now, I'm going to take some syrup. I've got the sugar-free maple syrup kind so that way this is a little bit healthier, saves you some calories, no sugar and we're just going to pour that right on top of the sausages, alright? Kind of aiming just like that. So, if you like McGriddles, this is a one-pan McGriddle casserole and now, we're going to add some cheese. Now, we're going to bake this in the oven just long enough so that the yolks get sipped but you can cook this however you'd like. In fact, tell me in the comments. First, tell me where you're from 'cuz I love a hearing from you but then, I want you to tell me how you like your eggs. Do you want your eggs to be runny? You want them to be nice and well done. How you like yours even a little bit crispy, don't you? I I sure do, yeah. Is that enough cheese or was that too steamy? Oh, I love the cheese. Alright, perfect. Now, we've got lots of good stuff but we gotta season it. You definitely gotta season it. So, we're going to add some salt especially on top of the sausage. There we go. And some pepper. And then one last thing. Some butter. Can you grab me some butter please? Yeah butter in the fridge. And butter is in the fridge. That's a yummy recipe. Butter. Now we like I said we want this to be on the healthier side. So you could use turkey sausage if you want. Even egg whites. We're going to use a little bit of butter. Not too much. Just enough to give it the flavor that you want. And I think that's enough to go into the oven now. That looks good. Alright, we're going to pop this in there and these eggs are going to set really quickly. You're going to see em turn white and bake really fast and I can't wait to taste this one. Alright. Yummy. Take my biscuits. And then we're going to place one in each section. And we're going to make a little X. Look at that. Beautiful. We have twelve pieces of bacon here. Because you can never have too much bacon. And can you guess what's next? Well I'm guessing the eggs. Eggs are coming soon but I need butter. Butter? Mhm. Can you give me some butter? Butter's in the fridge. Butter. Thank you. We're going to actually grate the butter. Is it working? There it goes. Oh. That's supposed to go there. Okay. You try that again. Perfect. Just a little bit in each one. There we go. Just what we wanted. One, two, three, four, five, six. And they're going to go right in on top. Oop. And you have to make that sound. Alright. There we go. We got them all without breaking any. Isn't that beautiful? Well it is beautiful. Alright it's beautiful. Alright. Salt and pepper. Alright. There we go. More pepper than that. Come on. There we go. Now, it's ready for the oven. This is going to be great. There we go. Perfect. Pepper goes in. Sprinkle some pepper here on this side. We're just going to make rows or different toppings like this. But in a completely different way. You've never made an omelette like this before. I'm going to scoop that yolk right over there in the middle. Here we go. We got our but for the ham, I'm going to roll it up and then cut it into little pieces. Just like that. This is going to be perfect. I think we'd have. And I need cheese. Cheese. In the fridge. Cheese. Yeah, I got my hands. Alright. Just right there. And now I think we could have a little bit more pepper. What do you think? Sure. Alright. That's probably good enough. Which pepper do you like better? Red pepper or yellow? I think the red. Did you know difference? Did you know they're actually the same? But they're just at different stages of life. I had no idea. Did you know that? That's a thing. I guess you learned something new. And there's more sugar in the red pepper than there is in the yellow and the orange. Okay guess what else made? Salt. Mhm. And can I get some butter? Butter? Yeah. Everything's butter with butter. Butter. Here. Got it already sliced up. We'll just put a few pieces randomly like that. You don't mix the whole thing up? Nope. Don't mix it. And I'll put one more piece right there. Alright. Alright and then it's going to go in the oven. Have you ever made eggs in the oven before? I've never seen anything like this before. It's going to be good. Feeds the whole family. You just dump your hash browns out. Spread them out with your fingers. Cover the bottom of your pan. Add your eggs directly on top of your shredded potatoes. Perfect. Doesn't that look good? Looks great. We're going to take some turkey sausage crumbles. These are the healthier kind because they're turkey sausage. Grab it. Sprinkle it on top. Beautiful. Now, we're going to take some hickory smoked bacon. I've got two pieces here. Going to take the bacon, separate it, and then I'm going to take my scissors. Huh. Yup. This is the quickest and easiest way to do this. Little bacon pieces. Little bacon pieces all over. The dog heard me say bacon. It's not for you boys. There we go. Beautiful. So, you just cover it with your bacon pieces and this is going to bake right in the oven just like that. Now we're going to add some cheese please. Oh that's in the fridge. I get that. Alright there you go. Cheese. We've got two kinds. Yeah I want both kinds. We are going to go all out today. We're going to use cheddar and mozzarella. Alright. So we're going to have handful of cheddar right on top. I'm going to actually move my bacon so that's nice and spread. You want to break the yolks or is that how it goes? No you don't want to break the yolks. This is the way I like it. Alright that's crazy. Sprinkle the cheddar all over the top. This is going to be a pan breakfast bake that your whole family will love. And what's great about this is there's only one dish to clean up. This is such a better solution than having a bunch of different skillets. A bunch of different pans. One plate is or one pan is all you need. Everything in there in one pan. Is that enough cheese? I'm always stingy with cheese. Put a little bit more in then if you think so. We're going to top it with some butter. I've already sliced it a little bit. You don't need too much. Just kind of alternate so that you have little bit that's going to kind of melt over each section and now, we're going to add some seasoning and we're definitely going to hit it with some pepper is it true that ground pepper like this is less processed than just the kind that you shake out that's already ground up I don't know isn't it the same thing technically it's less processed right is it better because it's fresher I don't know tell me about salt too is there a difference between just regular salt or like the sea salt sea salt pink salt or pink salt tell me in the comments guys I think it's all salt and tell me where you're from because I love to hear where you're from we're going to add some garlic powder If you have not tried garlic powder on your eggs, you're missing out. Just a little bit, not too much. And last but not least, paprika. Did you know that paprika is just peppers that are actually ground up into a powder? I had no idea what paprika was. That is what it is. Oh yeah. Paprika is great on coming out? Yeah, it's coming out. I'm just trying, there we go. See that? Look at this beautiful dish and this is going to go right into the oven. Yes, I sprayed my pan. I used some of that pan spray so that it wouldn't stick. Pop that right in the oven. This is going to in no time. Now, you can actually customize this however you'd like. I like my yolks like this. I like em well done. Tell me in the comments how you like your eggs. If you want em runny, that's going to make it a little bit less time for cooking but I really do like to hear from you how you prefer to make this and tell in fact tell me where you're from. Tell me what you like on your eggs. I think we actually need to get some answers from you about a really important question. I know what I don't like. Oh Don't tell them. Let them tell me. Does ketchup belong on eggs? Ketchup or? Tabasco. Tabasco. Let me know in the comments. If you think ketchup on eggs would be perfect on this dish or. I think only men are allowed to eat Tabasco. What? I think it it's kind of a sexist thing but I women don't like women. Are you hearing it? I think that's a kind of does women like Tabasco? It seems like that's like a macho guy type thing. You know. Women can have Tabasco. Where'd you hear that? I don't know. I'm just making Tabasco. Alright. Ketchup on eggs. Yes or no? No we have potatoes and eggs. So technically because we have potatoes that means that it would work with ketchup, right? Cuz potatoes and ketchup. Yeah, you can do that. It's like french fries. Okay, maybe we should shut the oven because my face is getting a little tan right now. Alright. Alright and I'm taking this ham slices. Placing each one into our little muffin tin making a cup and this is going to be so quick and easy. You're going to love this one. I've had request for more breakfast stuff so coming up. Now, this one has got our muffin tin full of ham. Of course, I spray the muffin tin already. I've got some eggs, six eggs and we're just going to drop em in one by one inside of these little cups of ham and you gotta make sound poop just like that. See? And my last one. There we go. Perfect. A little bit of seasoning. Some salt on each one. And of course, gotta add some pepper. Alright. And I think we need cheese. You can't have ham and eggs without cheese. Alright. Cheese is in the fridge. Yeah. The cheddar cheese should be on top shelf. Right here. Alright. Perfect. Now, we're live. We are from Las Vegas and we're going to be making this for you right in front of you. So, I want to know where you're from and I'll give you a shout out. Say hi in the comments and we will say hello to you. Drop a little bit of this cheddar cheese on top. Cassie from Canada is watching. Hi, Cassie. You like eggs and ham and cheese. Phil's asking you're making. So this is a really simple breakfast that you can prepare ahead of time and if you've got a big family this is a good way to make a lot at once and the great thing too is that it's actually if you're trying to do keto keto or low carb this is all protein. Protein and ham, egg, and cheddar. Got our seasoning. Say hi to Blanche. Hey Blanche. In Virginia. Did I miss anything important guys? What else should I add to this before I pop it in the oven? Texas in the house. Say hey to Brooke. Hey, Brooke. Tabasco, yes or no? I get people telling me all the time you're supposed to put hot sauce on your eggs. So, I will add it to a couple of em just add it to all of em. Just in case people want a little bit of spice. There we go. Got our Tabasco. I think that's pretty good. We pop this in the oven. Whenever this comes out of the oven, you guys are going to be amazed. This is so quick and easy. It's going to cook right here live in front of everybody. Take your pork sausage patties and we're just going to line the bottom of our pan, some hash browns with onions and peppers and we're just going to dump it. Just cover the top of our sausage patties And then just use your hands to spread that out. Just like that. And now I need some cheese. There's some cheese in the top shelf. Okay I get cheese for you. There you go. Velveeta. Yeah. I love velveeta. It's the best kind of cheese. Alright Velveeta. Yeah. And you know it's better for you too. There's only 60 calories. No I had no idea. Mhm. You're just going to dump right on top. Just cover that in cheese and now we're going to take our eggs. I've got 8 eggs. Look at how good this looks. This is a beautiful breakfast casserole. And of course we need some seasoning just some salt right over the top and for sure we need pepper. What kind of seasoning do you like on your breakfast casseroles and on your eggs? Let me know in the comments if I missed something, okay? One other thing we're going to put on this is some butter. Actually, go back. Garlic powder. And one of the thing I like on my eggs is garlic powder. Have you tried that before? I love the garlic. You can never use too much garlic. Now, of course, you can put whatever you want on your eggs but the only other thing that this one needs is some butter. I've got some sliced thin and we're just going to place a few slices of butter around our casserole dish just to give it that last bit of flavor and that's it. We've got a beautiful Breakfast bake that's going to go into the oven and bake super fast. We've got our pork sausages on the bottom. Check that out from underneath. Pork sausages. We've got our hash browns with peppers and onions. We've got some cheese. You can use whatever cheese you like. Eggs, seasoning, a little bit of butter. And look at that. This looks so good. This is a perfect breakfast. If you have big family, this makes it even easier. You just put everything in one pan. So these yo should be kind of medium. So the bottom layer again is pancakes. Mini pancakes. In fact their Ego is the brand that I chose. You can get those at the grocery store. So we've got our pancakes down there. You've got some Jimmy Dean sausages. You've got your eggs. And let me grab a plate. Okay. You've got your cheese as well. So you have everything you need for a yummy breakfast casserole. Oh yeah. This comes out perfectly. Look at that. Mhm. See that? Isn't that perfect? Uh huh. I cannot wait to taste this. Breakfast is my favorite meal. And look at that. You can see in there. You've got your pancakes right there. Uh huh. Alright. I'm going to get my fork and let's do a taste test. Sausage, egg, pancake. You got your syrup. Oh yeah, there's some syrup in there too. All the good stuff. Here we go. This is actually really good. Oh, it looks good. I would make this again. I'm not kidding. This is really good. Well, that looks good. Look at that. And if you don't want to cook this done, you want to have your eggs more soft set with the yolks running and just leave it in there half the time. I think it looks perfect. It's ready. Excited. Look at that. Look at that. And it just comes right out. Moment of truth. Look at how yummy. Look at that. Looks great. Omelette I could ever see. I'm excited. Oh, wow. Look at that. Look at that. Which piece do we want? Alright, go ahead. Yeah, just cut one up. Got a little bit of pepper, a little bit of Look at that. Look at that. Am I going to try it? Yeah. They're really good. Eggs. We've got some turkey sausage. We've got some bacon. All the good seasonings. Some cheese. Little bit of butter. This turned out great. Now, I like my eggs well done like this but if you like yours nice and runny, this works for that too. Just cook it a little bit less. Let's take a slice. Which one do you want? And you get a little bit of egg. I get this one right here. Yeah, perfect right there. Cut me a nice, big piece. So, this is like basically like a breakfast bake with a base of hash browns. Look at that. Easy that comes. Whoa. Look at that. That looks delicious. Yeah. Let's take a bite. Hashbrowns, eggs, bacon. Look at that. Sausage. Oh my goodness. Look, look, look. All that. You can see the steam coming off. Mm hmm. Take it out of the oven. This is our breakfast bake y'all. This is hash browns, sausage patties, eggs, potatoes with peppers and onions and of course, we topped it with some cheese and some seasoning but there's one other important ingredient and that's salsa. We're just going to spread that all over the top. Let me know in the comments. What do you like on your eggs? Do you think salsa is a good topping? You like salsa on your eggs, right? I love salsa. Now, a lot people like ketchup on their eggs. Don't like ketchup. I do especially if you have potatoes. Yes. So I'm going to put some ketchup on mine. Okay. Let's grab a plate. Time for a taste test. Now if you wanted to beat the eggs so that you pour just you know like scrambled eggs. That would work too. But I decided to go with the whole eggs. There you go. You just cut a slice just like that. You got your potatoes and your sausage. Alright. Here we go. Moment of truth. Look at that. Look at that steam off y'all. Oh. Don't that look good? You got sausage, egg, hash browns, everything right there. There we go. Look at that. Alright, taste test time. Get a little bit of the sausage in there. Get some of the potatoes. So, how does it taste? It's actually really good. The ketchup is nice because of potatoes and the eggs together. Let me know in the comments. Ketchup on eggs, is that yes or no? No.
