Kenmore, Torridon, Scotland Located on the Applecross road near the hamlet of Kenmore is one of the most distinctive little houses in Scotland. It celebrates its prime location painted with a brilliant corrugated red roof and white walls and is available to Let. Photographing it so that the various elements of this scene separate out and at the same time form a strong composition is surprisingly awkward. Having experimented with many positions this particular composition continues to be my favourite. Pentax 67II, 55-100 zoom, 0.6ND grad, f/22 at 8 Seconds. Fuji Velvia 50.
