BabyGodzilla (ベビーゴジラ, Bebīgojira) is a young Godzillasaurus kaiju who first appeared in the 1993 Godzilla film Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II. The character returned as LittleGodzilla (リトルゴジラ, Ritorugojira) in the 1994 film Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla, and again as Godzilla Junior (ゴジラジュニア, Gojira Junia) in the 1995 film Godzilla vs. Destoroyah.
