Moist Sourdough Discard Apple Muffins 🍏🧁
Ingredients:
1 cup sourdough discard
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ cup oil
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup diced apples
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tin.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk discard, oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Combine wet & dry ingredients; fold in apples.
Fill muffin cups ¾ full and bake for 18-22 mins.
