Repurposed am old ballet costume ripping in places. We live where it is cold in October so we added a cheap lace shirt (Amazon $5) under it for warmth and for school dance dress code. Make up was done using latex (similar effect can be done using a mixture of Elmer’s glue ) and pulling at it and then using cream face paint and some eye shadow for bruising. Tore up tights and cheap $4 ballet flats from Walmart. Completed with a bun and then pulled down pieces and teased it a bit.
