As the predecessor of both Brigham Young High School and BYU, Brigham Young Academy has a rich history of being an educational facility for early settlers in Provo, Utah. Depicted here in it's early years, this building and it's beautiful architecture have now been fully restored and it serves as the city library, still holding true to its purpose of education. The Academy was changed to a University later which is know known as Brigham Young University. Since then the school has expanded to an extensive campus in Provo, Utah where the Academy started.
