Martha's Bliss Recipes - Experience the delightful fusion of flavors with Beef Chop Suey - a stir-fry masterpiece bringing the best of Asian cuisine to your table! 🥢🍲 Ingredients: 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 cup sliced carrots 1 cup sliced bell peppers (assorted colors) 1 cup sliced mushrooms 2 cups sliced Napa cabbage 1 cup bean sprouts 1/4 cup green onions, sliced 1/4 cup chicken broth Salt and black pepper to taste Cooked white rice for serving Directions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the thinly sliced beef, ensuring it's coated evenly. Allow it to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned and cooked through. Remove it from the wok and set it aside. In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant and slightly caramelized. Add sliced carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender yet crisp. Toss in the Napa cabbage and bean sprouts, continuing to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the wok to release any flavorful bits. Return the cooked beef to the wok, mixing it with the vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in sliced green onions just before serving. Serve the Beef Chop Suey over cooked white rice.
