I was surprised to see Jack Nicholson’s character along with Danny and the creepy twins on the balcony of The Stanley. This hotel was the inspiration for Stephen King’s novel The Shining. I wasn’t expecting that vignette and didn’t notice it on the cover. Fun! Especially since I’m currently listening to a King novel, Fairy Tale (highly recommended btw). Pardon that brief aside … back to the details! Soaring eagles, big horn sheep, hikers on the mountain trail, elk, fishermen in a boat, a bear family … so many things to enjoy as you piece together the scene. I love National Parks and always enjoy a chance to reminisce about our favorite trips. 🥾🏔️🥰 This is my letter R for my final entry in #puzzlethealphabet hosted by the hard-working Sara @yeahpuzzles.
