We'll start by peeling and cutting your sweet potatoes into one inch that grounds. Toss them in some melted butter, oil, and salt and then place in a single layer in a large casserole dish. For prepping ahead, you'll want to stop and refrigerate them here. Bake for 15 minutes, flip and then bake for 15 minutes more. Pour in a cup of broth and cook for another 10 minutes. The steam from the broth is what makes the potatoes so super soft. Cook a few holes into the tops of the fork. Pour on the cinnamon maple sauce and then top with that pecan brown sugar crumble. Cook for about 8 minutes more or until the pecans are toasted. Serve them up with that delicious sauce in the bottom of the baking dish and a little extra cinnamon.
