These drinks are everywhere! From the obvious culprits like soda and diet soda to the more deceptive ones, such as smoothies and “natural” fruit drinks with added flavors. Natural flavors don’t mean healthy! They’re engineered to make beverages taste “better” than water or other healthier options. Smoothies, especially green ones, are often overrated! They’re packed with sugar and oxalates. Oxalates can accumulate in urine, increasing the risk of kidney stones. When it comes to coffee, we prefer Purity Coffee in moderation. We also enjoy Pique Green Tea as a great alternative. And don’t underestimate the power of movement—both indoors and especially outdoors for a natural energy boost!
