Full Body workout with Dumbbells
I’m using the same heavy set of dumbbells for all lower body (40lbs each) and same set for upper body (12lbs each) and sharing as a reference - adjust as needed. I have planned this workout strategically to require around the same amount of weight for all upper body and around the same for all lower body, just as a general guide.
Aim for 8-12 Reps (each side for unilateral exercises) and 3 Sets
1. Hinged sumo squat
2. Alternating L- raise
