Once you learn how to do it this way, there’s no more messes and greasy hands!
I know lots of bakers like using glasses or jugs as well (and if that works for you, awesome!) but I’m sharing this as I personally find this so easy to do once you nail it. Not to mention that most pastry chefs in the industry do it like this too.
