Black-Eye Pea & Corn Salsa 1 15 oz can EACH black eyed peas & Shoepeg corn - drain and rinse 1 EACH red bell pepper, green pepper, small onion - chopped 1/2 cup EACH sugar, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoons of The Original Try Me Tiger Sauce (5 oz bottle with tiger head on it, green label.) Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 24hrs, stirring a few times. Before serving- pour mixture through strainer to drain well. Serve with Scoop chips.
