Nutty spicy chicken skewers is there anything better! So easy to make at home and much nicer than any take away version, and a much healthier recipe of course! I find thighs work best for this but you can use chicken breast also. Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts or 6 thighs 1/2 cup of coconut milk or cream 3 tbsp Tamari (or soy sauce) 3 tbsp spicy nut butter @harrysnutbutter Dash of fish sauce 1 generous tsp chilli & garlic paste (or fresh) Squeeze of fresh lime 4 wooden skewers soaked in water Fresh chillies, toasted cashews, coriander and slice cucumber to serve.
