Easy - Warm Brie & Cranberry Walnut Crostini with Hot Honey Ingredients: For the crostini: 1 baguette, sliced into 20–24 pieces 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil Salt & pepper For the toppings: 6 oz (170 g) Brie cheese, sliced ½ cup (120 g) whole berry cranberry sauce ⅓ cup (35 g) chopped toasted walnuts 1–2 tbsp (20–40 ml) hot honey Fresh thyme (optional) Directions: Prepare the crostini: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 8–10 minutes until crisp and lightly golden. Add Brie: Place a slice of Brie on each warm crostini. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes until the Brie softens. Top: Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the melted Brie. Add toasted walnuts. Finish: Drizzle hot honey over the crostini. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
